Access To Photo Albums
This is how you pay for the access to our photo albums on Pixie Set- it will allow you access to your desired album and you will be free to download any photos in that album, as well as have a direct link to a print shop. A reminder that there are 2 tiers of access- personal use and commercial use..
Personal use does NOT include any commercial, promotional, or advertising use. Examples of personal use are: to create prints, decor, holiday cards, gifts, or to post great photos of yourself on social media (not for business promotional purposes).
Commercial/Promotional/Advertising use includes personal use license. Examples of commercial/promotional/advertising uses are: social media posts for a business, promoting your business through print or electronic means, websites, any for sale product photos, resumes, etc. It can be used to sell or promote a product or service, or otherwise support a business in making money. This license may not be transferred to another business and may not be sold with a business.
Having a “license” means using, not owning. In other words, you are purchasing the right to use the asset, you are not purchasing the asset themselves. By using your license, you are agreeing to the rights, obligations, liabilities, and prohibitions specified by each and that you do not and will not have any ownership or intellectual rights to the images and that your rights will not exceed those in which are described by your license. * You are NOT permitted to redistribute or resell any of these images or use them for any purpose other than the license you purchased them for. At NO point are you allowed to make money off of these photos via reselling, reproducing, or obtaining brand/social media platform income.
